Receta Spaghetti Sauce Masses Of Low Fat Sauce

Ingredientes
- 6 can tomatoes (28 ounce.size)
- 3 can tomato sauce (28 ounce size)
- 3 can tomato sauce (14 ounce size)
- 4 c. onion minced
- 2 c. carrot minced
- 2 c. green bell pepper minced
- 8 x cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 c. parsley minced
- 4 Tbsp. dry basil
- 4 Tbsp. dry oregano
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt more or possibly less
- 4 x bay leaves
- 32 ounce mushroom sliced
- 5 lb grnd turkey breast only
- 1 bot red wine
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the vegetables in extra virgin olive oil over low heat. Dump in large pot.
- Brownground beef and drain off fat. Add in bottle of wine to meat and simmer untilslightly reduced. Dump in large pot with vegetables. Add in tomatoes, tomatosauce and paste, herbs and other seasonings, and a can of water. Cook at least 2 hrs, preferable longer. You can add in warm seasonings if you desire.
- Cold and freeze in sizes which suit you. This makes making lasagna easy later, too. I use my largest Gumbo pot for this because it makes a lot, butI love having it in my freezer.
- NOTES : I make this with all low salt tomato products, but I do add in the saltcalled for (or possibly nearly). This lowers the sodium content, and I use morecarrots and only about 4 lbs. skinned, grnd turkey breast that lowers thefat.
