Receta Spaghetti Sauce With Herbs

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Fresh, ripe tomatoes.
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh sage
- 3 tsp Finely minced rosemary
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Minced basil
- 3 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Minced mint
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- Â Â Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- 1) Wash; split; seed and dice the tomatoes in 1/2 inch cubes 2. Put tomatoes and herbs in a large, ceramic bowl. 3. Cook pasta 4. When pasta is nearly done, heat extra virgin olive oil to smoking and pour it over the tomato and herbs (It should sizzle.) 5. Add in salt and freshly grnd pepper. 6. Drain pasta and toss with tomatoes and herbs.
