Receta Spaghetti with 2 sauces
Ingredientes
- 400g spaghetti
- salt
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 2-3 big tomatoes
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 100 ml sour cream
- fresh pepper
- cayenne pepper
- nutmeg
- herbes de Provence
- 200g cow cheese
- green pepper
- dry basilic
- fresh parsley
Direcciones
- 1.Boil al dente spaghetti in water with a little salt,and dry them well.
- 2.Heat the oil in a pan.
- 3.Peel the onion and garlic ,mince them and stew them.
- 4.Add the vegetable broth with sliced and peeled tomatoes,tomato sauce,salt,pepper,cayenne pepper,nutmeg, Provence herbes and boil them till the sauce is thick.
- 5.Mix cow cheese with sour cream and green pepper.
- 6.In a round tray or plate,put a ladle of spaghetti,a ladle of white sauce,till,you finish the pasta and white sauce.
- 7.On the spaghetti put the tomato sauce,and,decorate with dry basilic,green pepper and fresh parsley.
