Receta Spaghetti With Crab Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. olive or possibly salad oil
- 1 can (16 ounce) whole tomatoes, cut up
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Warm red pepper sauce
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat
- 1/4 c. sherry wine
- 1 pound spaghetti noodles or possibly spaghetti squash
- 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Saute onions, garlic, parsley and celery in oil till golden. Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Simmer 1 hour. Add in crabmeat and wine. Simmer a couple min. Cook and drain spaghetti. Add in spaghetti to sauce and mix well. Pour on platter and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 5-6 servings.
