Receta Spaghetti with habanero and oregano spicy sauce
The spicy habanero and oregano sauce is the right combination between the Mediterranean flavor of oregano and the fragrance of the South American habanero.
Ingredientes
- Habanero Red Chilli: 1
- Onions: 1 medium
- Ripe red tomatoes: 300 gr
- Dried oregano leaves: 1 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
- Salt
Direcciones

Cut the tomatoes into pieces and place them in a pot large enough to hold your sauce, also add the habanero and the onion into pieces, the oregano, oil and salt as required.

Put the pot on the stove and cook over low heat until the ingredients are wilted, then blend everything with the help of an immersion mixer.
3.
Keep the pan on a low heat until all the water from the tomatoes is absorbed (about 20 minutes).
