Receta Spanish Rice
Ingredientes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and pepper over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking up beef into crumbles; drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings; bring to a boil. ,
- Add rice; heat through, stirring occasionally
