Receta Spanish Style Corn Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 warm peppers, finely minced
- 3 large eggs
- 1 bell pepper, finely minced
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- Minced onion if you like
Direcciones
- Put together dry ingredients. Add in all remaining ingredients except cheese. Pour half of batter into hot greased cast iron frying pan. Sprinkle on half of cheese. Pour other half of batter and sprinkle cheese on top. Cook 30 to 45 min 450 degrees.
