Receta Spicy Apricot Chicken

Ingredientes
- 6 x Skinless, split chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 jar Chicken Tonight Cooking Sauce for Chicken Sweet and Sour
- 1/3 c. Apricot preserves
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c. Minced dry apricots
- 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- Â Â Warm, cooked rice
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken on all sides in vegetable oil.
- Add in garlic; saute/fry lightly. Drain fat. In a medium bowl, combine sauce with apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, dry apricots and crushed red pepper.
- Proportionately pour over chicken in skillet. Simmer, covered, 45 min over low heat, or possibly till chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve over warm, cooked rice.
