Receta Spicy Beef Roast (Crockpot)

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. cracked black peppercorns - (to 2 tbspns)
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 3 lb beef round tip roast or possibly brisket trimmed of fat
- 3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dry mustard
Direcciones
- Rub cracked pepper and garlic into roast. Put roast in a slow cooker. Make several shallow slits in top of roast.
- In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients and pour over meat. Cover; cook on LOW setting 8 to 10 hrs or possibly HIGH 4 to 5 hrs.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
