Receta Spicy Grilled Sirloin

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb beef boneless top sirloin steak, 1" thk
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1 x garlic clove finely minced
Direcciones
- Pierce beef with fork several times on both sides. Mix remaining ingredients in shallow nonmetal dish or possibly heavy-duty resealable plastic bag. Add in beef, turning to coat with marinade. Cover dish or possibly seal bag and chill, turning beef occasionally, at least 6 hrs but no longer than 24 hrs.
- Heat coals or possibly gas grill. Remove beef from marinade; throw away marinade. Cover and grill beef 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 18 min for medium doneness, turning once. Cut beef across grain into 1/2-inch slices.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
