Receta Crab Imperial (Commander's Palace)

Ingredientes
- 1 x Green pepper, finely minced
- 2 x Pimientos, diced finely
- 1 Tbsp. English mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 lb Lump crabmeat Paprika
Direcciones
- Mix pepper and pimientos. Add in mustard, salt, white pepper and Large eggs. Add in mayonnaise and stir well. Add in crabmeat. Mix lightly so which the lumps are not broken.
- Divide mix into eight crab shells or possibly casseroles, heaping it in lightly.
- Top with a little coating of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with a dash of paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Can be served warm or possibly cool.
