Receta Spicy Peppered Steaks

Ingredientes
- 6 x Sirloin Steaks
- 4 tsp Whole Peppercorns
- 1/2 c. Bottled Steak Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon-sytle Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or possibly till ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!!
