Receta Surimi Seafood Spinach Salad Alaska Style

Ingredientes
- 1 lb surimi seafood cut or possibly shredded
- Â Â into bite-size pcs
- 4 c. torn fresh spinach
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. thinly-sliced green onions
- 1 c. cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 c. thinly-sliced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 4 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Â Â (or possibly 1/2 tspn dry ginger)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Direcciones
- In large serving bowl, mix together surimi, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well and pour over salad. Toss and serve. Garnish with 1 tsp. sesame seeds, if you like.
