Spicy rabbit stew is something different in my food ration. One of the biggest myths is that rabbit meat is dry. If you know how to cook, it will never be dry. This recipe is with especially juicy and soft meat. Rabbit meat is one of the wholesome meat, it has more protein than chicken, but it has more tendons, so few pieces will be hard chewable. Despite that, this meat perfectly fits if you want to try out something new.
