  • 3 x Boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2" pcs
  • 2 pkt Green Giant create a meal , (1.5 lb) lo mein stir fry-meal starter
  • 3 Tbsp. Peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 tsp chili puree with garlic, up to 4

Direcciones

  1. Spray large nonstick wok or possibly skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat till warm. Add in chicken; cook and stir 3 min. Add in frzn vegetables with noodles and sauce from packets. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 7 to 10 min or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine peanut butter, lime juice and chili puree till well mixed. Add in to vegetable mix in skillet; cook and stir till thoroughly heated.
  3. Notes:* Chili puree (sauce) with garlic can be found in the Asian foods section of large supermarkets or possibly in Asian markets. If unavailable, use 2 to 4 tsp. cocktail sauce plus 1/4 tsp. chopped garlic and 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes.
