Receta Spicy Tomato Juice Cocktail

Ingredientes
- 4 lb Fresh tomatoes - 12 to 14
- 1/2 c. Celery -- minced
- 1/4 c. Onion -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Prepared horseradish
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp Bottled warm pepper sauce
Direcciones
- Wash tomatoes; remove stem ends and cores. Chop tomatoes. In slow-cooking pot, combine tomatoes, celery, and onions. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hrs. Press through food mill or possibly sieve. Return juice to pot. Cook on high for 30 min. Add in lemon juice, sugar, salt, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, and warm sauce. Cook on high for another 10 min.
- Chill.
