Receta Spicy Zucchini Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 x Onions, diced
- 6 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 kg Zucchini
- 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper (adjust to taste!)
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â Oil for cooking

- Here are some nice salads we made in the Jewish cooking class which I took here. It was taught by Bilha Widmann.
- 1. Peel the zucchini and chop coarsely.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the onion and garlic a few min till golden brown.
- 3. Add in the zucchini and spices, mix well, and let cook until all the liquid is gone.
- 4. Remove mix from heat and let cold.
- 5. Chop the hard boiled Large eggs finely. Add in along with the mayonnaise to the zucchini mix, and mix well.
