Receta Spinach Cottage Cheese Noodle Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) medium egg noodles
- 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
- 1 med onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1 pkt (10z.) frzn spinach
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp tarragon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp bread crumbs
- 2 tsp parmesan cheese
- 1 ct (1 lb.) cottage cheese
Direcciones
- Cook noodles, drain and toss with 2 Tablespoons butter. Saute/fry onion and garlic in 4 Tablespoons butter till soft and golden brown. Add in spinach, salt, pepper, tarragon and nutmeg. Cover and cook for five min.
- Uncover and cook one minute longer to evaporate liquid. Add in spinach mix to noodles,. Add in cottage cheese and lowfat sour cream and blend.
- Set mix in greased casserole dish. Heat remaining butter and add in to it bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle mix on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
