Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
- 1/2 c. and 2 tbsp. soft butter
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 c. liquid removed crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Mix vanilla wafers with 2 Tbsp. soft butter to create first layer in dessert dish. Beat 1/2 c. soft butter with confectioners sugar and Large eggs till fluffy. This will make second layer. Whip the whipping cream and mix in pineapple. Place on top as third layer. Refrigeratebefore serving.
