Receta Spinach Dip & Hawaiian Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 boxes of minced spinach
- 1 (8 ounce) carton of lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. of vegetable soup mix
- 1 sm. onion (or possibly scallions)
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
Direcciones
- Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly. Squeeze all water out of spinach. Mix all ingredients and chill. Keeps well for several days.When you are ready to serve it - hollow out the center of a round loaf of "Hawaiian Bread" (found in the Deli. Dept. of your grocery store). Take the hollowed out bread and cut into chunks and place around the loaf on a large plate. Put the spinach dip into the center and serve.
