Receta Spinach, Raisin, Pine Nut And Apple Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg bunch spinach
- 2 Tbsp. olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 1/4 c. apples peeled and cubed
- 3Â 1/2 Tbsp. shallots minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Wash and dry spinach. Heat oil in 4 qt Dutch oven or possibly saute/fry pan over medium heat. cook raisins, pine nuts, apple and shallots in oil about 5 min, stirring occasionally, till raisins are plump. Stir salt into raisin mix. Gradually add in spinach. toss just till spinach is wilted. Serve immediately.
