- 2 lg. containers of Cold Whip
- 1 devil's food cake mix, prepared and cut into layers (slice each round layer horizontally so you have 4 round layers)
- Food coloring
- Peppermint extract
- Rum extract
- 1 T powdered sugar
- Almond extract
- Slivered almonds
- 2 T sifted cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- To Assemble: Mix 2 tbsp cocoa, 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon with 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread on bottom layer of cake; top with next layer. Mix 1 tsp rum extract, yellow food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip; spread on cake.Add in next layer of cake. Mix 1/4 tsp peppermint extract, red food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip; spread on cake. Add in next layer of cake. Mix 1/4 tsp almond extract, green food coloring and 1/2 container Cool Whip. Spread on top layer. Sprinkle with almonds.
