Receta Squash And Shrimp Combo

Ingredientes
- 3 lb Yellow squash
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 4 ounce Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 can (4.5-ounce) shrimp
- 20 x Ritz crackers, crushed
Direcciones
- Cut squash and onions and boil together in salted water till tender. Drain and set aside. Heat butter; add in cornstarch and make a paste. Add in cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat till sauce thickens. Combine sauce, squash and shrimp in 2-qt baking dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20-30 min.
