Receta Sauteed Melon, Chicken And Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 x skinless boneless chicken, breast, minced
- 1 x onion, minced
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1 x cantaloupe, peeled, and, cut, into small chunks
- 2 x tomato, minced
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 x green onion, minced
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- Â Â salt
- Â Â pepper
Direcciones
- Heat a frypan over high heat, add in the oil.
- Add in the chicken and cook for 2 min, till starting to brown on all sides.
- Add in the onion and garlic and cook 2 more min. Add in the canteloupe, tomatoes, spices and white wine, cover and let cook for 3-4 min.
- Stir in the paprika and serve over rice, sprinkled with green onions.
