Receta Steak With Steamed Vegetables, Soba Noodles And Ginger

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce loin steak
- 1/2 lb soba noodles ready to cook
- 2 c. fresh asparagus cut 1" segments
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 piece fresh ginger - (1 1/2" long) peeled, grated
- 1 tsp sugar
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook steak - grill, broil, or possibly fry in a non-stick pan till medium-rare. Set aside on covered platter to keep hot.
- Cook soba noodles in simmering water till almost tender. While noodles are cooking, steam the vegetables till tender-crisp.
- Combine sauce ingredients. Heat through.
- Drain soba noodles, rinse and redrain. Toss vegetables with the noodles. Place onto plates. Slice steak across grain into 1/2-inch strips. Arrange on top of vegetables and noodles. Top with sauce. Serve immediately.
