Receta Steamed Dried Scallops With Ham

Ingredientes
- 10 x Dry scallops
- 1 c. Sherry
- 1/2 c. Smoked ham
- 2 Tbsp. Onion
- 1 x Or possibly
- 2 slc Fresh ginger root
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Soak dry scallops in sherry 12 hrs, turning occasionally. Drain and throw away sherry.
- 2. Cut scallops in half. Arrange on a heatproof dish. Chop ham coarsely; mince onion and ginger root and sprinkle over scallops. Then season with sugar.
