- 300g Pressed tofu (1 packed)
- 120g Minced pork
- 1 Century egg
- 1 Salted egg (hard boiled)
- 1 stalk Spring Onion
- 1 Red chilli, remove seeds
- Seasoning:
- 1/8 tsp Sugar and a little salt
- a dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Light soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Corn flour
- 1/2 tsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1/2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Chicken stock or water
