Receta Stir Fried Chicken And Broccoli With Sun Dried Tomatoes

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/4 lb Skinless, boneles chicken
- Â Â Breasts, in 1" pcs
- 2 c. Broccoli florets
- 2 cl Garlic, chopped
- 6 x Oil-packed sun-dry tomato
- Â Â Halves, liquid removed/minced
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- In a Wok, heat 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oilover High heat till warm, swirling to coa sides of pan. Add in chicken and stir-fry till meat is white throughout, but still juicy, about 3 min.
- Remove to plate. In same wok, heat remaining 1/2 Tablespoons oil over Medium-High heat. Add in broccoli and stir fry till crisp-tender, 3-4 min. Add in garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Return chicken to wok. Add in sun-dry tomatoes, warm sauce and pepper. Cook, stirrin for 1 minute. Serve warm.
