- 2 med garlic cloves peeled, and
- Â Â thinly sliced or possibly chopped
- 1 lb yard-long beans stem ends trimmed
- Â Â and cut into 2"-long pcs
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- Â Â Freshly-grnd white pepper
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat and stir-fry the garlic till lightly golden brown, about 1 minute. Add in the beans and stir-fry about 3 min. Add in the fish sauce, season with pepper, and continue to stir-fry till cooked through, about 10 min more.
- This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
