Receta Barbecued Aioli Turkey

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon oregano, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 turkey breast cutlets
Direcciones
- Gradually blend soy sauce into mayonnaise. Stir in next 5 ingredients and 1 Tbsp. water till smooth. Place cutlets in plastic bag; pour in soy sauce mix. Press air out of bag; tie top securely. Chill 2 hrs; turn bag over occasionally. Grill cutlets 4 inches from warm coals about 5 min on each side, or possibly broil 4-5 inches from heat 7-8 min. Serves 4.
