Receta Stir Fried Pork And Bean Sprouts

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Lean pork
- 1 lb Bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sherry
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 c. Stock
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- 1. Cut pork in thin strips or possibly shred. Blanch bean sprouts.
- 2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar and stock.
- 3. Heat oil. Add in salt, then pork, and stir-fry till pork loses its pinkness (1 to 2 min).
- 4. Quickly stir in and heat soy-sherry mix. Then add in bean sprouts and cook, covered, 2 min over medium heat. Serve at once.
- VARIATION: At the end of step 3, add in 3 dry black mushrooms (soaked), shredded, and 1/4 c. onion, chopped. Stir-fry till onion is translucent/soft.
- Then pick up step 4.
