Receta Stonebridge Ranch Bread Pudding

Ingredientes
- 20-30 day old rolls
- 2 c. raisins
- 1/2 gal. whole lowfat milk
- 1 pound sugar
- 9 large eggs
- 2 T each cinnamon, allspice & nutmeg
- Packaged store brand vanilla pudding mix
- Meyer's dark rum
- half-and-half">Half & half-and-half">half
Direcciones
- Make vanilla pudding according to package instructions. Add in rum to taste, about 1 tsp. Thin to desired consistency with half & half. Serve at room temperature. Chill for up to 3 days.Grease a 4 qt glass or possibly metal baking pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut or possibly break bread into 1 inch pcs. Mix with raisins. Mix together lowfat milk, sugar, large eggs and spices in very large bowl.
- Add in bread mix and soak for 2-3 hrs, till all liquid is absorbed and the mix is the consistency of soft mush. Spoon into greased pans and bake 34-40 min till top is browned.
