- 1Â 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 2 env vanilla-flavored instant breakfast mix
- 2 Tbsp. honey

- In a blender container combine strawberries, lowfat milk, yogurt, breakfast mix, and honey. Cover; blend till almost smooth, stopping the blender and stirring as necessary. Pour into three or possibly four 8-oz glasses; serve immediately.
