Receta Strawberry Yogurt Filled Crepes

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 x egg whites or possibly 1 egg
  • 2 ct Yoplait Original strawberry low-fat yogurt (6 ounces each) (about 1 1/3 c.)
  • 2 c. minced strawberries

Direcciones

  1. Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt in small bowl. Stir in lowfat milk, oil, honey and egg whites. Beat with hand beater till smooth. Spray 6- to 8-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. For each crepe, pour scant 1/4 c. batter into skillet; immediately rotate skillet till thin film covers bottom.
  2. Cook about 1 minute or possibly till light brown. Run wide spatula around edge to loosen crepe; turn and cook other side about 1 minute or possibly till light brown. Stack crepes, placing waxed paper between each. Keep covered.
  3. Mix yogurt and strawberries. Fill crepes with yogurt mix. Garnish with yogurt and sliced strawberries if you like.
  4. About 8 crepes (2 per serving).
