Receta Strawberry Yogurt Filled Crepes

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 x egg whites or possibly 1 egg
- 2 ct Yoplait Original strawberry low-fat yogurt (6 ounces each) (about 1 1/3 c.)
- 2 c. minced strawberries

- Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt in small bowl. Stir in lowfat milk, oil, honey and egg whites. Beat with hand beater till smooth. Spray 6- to 8-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. For each crepe, pour scant 1/4 c. batter into skillet; immediately rotate skillet till thin film covers bottom.
- Cook about 1 minute or possibly till light brown. Run wide spatula around edge to loosen crepe; turn and cook other side about 1 minute or possibly till light brown. Stack crepes, placing waxed paper between each. Keep covered.
- Mix yogurt and strawberries. Fill crepes with yogurt mix. Garnish with yogurt and sliced strawberries if you like.
- About 8 crepes (2 per serving).
