Receta Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 5 or possibly 6 baked potatoes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
- 16 ounce bag mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
- Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- In frying pan, brown grnd beef and minced onion. Drain, then add in remaining ingredients. Simmer about 10 min. Cook vegetables according to package. Split baked potatoes. Top with grnd beef mix and mixed vegetables. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste.
