Receta Stuffed Capsicums (Peppers)

Ingredientes
- 6 green capsicums (peppers)
- 1 pound chicken mince (coarsely grnd chicken)
- 1 pound veal mince or possibly 2 lbs. beef mince
- 2 c. white rice
- 2 onions, minced
- 3 Large eggs

- When selecting peppers, select ones that are not too young and do not use any small ones.
- Cook rice till medium soft.
- Cut a hole around the stem of the capsicum and remove stem and all seeds from inside, don't damage the c..
- In a bowl, put your mince (grnd meat) and minced onions, cooked rice, 3 Large eggs, pepper and salt; mix them all together.
- Stuff capsicums (peppers) firmly to the brim.
- Left over mince meat should be rolled into medium to large balls.
- Put all stuffed capsicums and balls in pot. In another bowl, empty 2 cans of the tomato soup. Add in sugar and pepper to taste
