Receta Stuffed Chinese Black Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1/4 lb Fresh tofu
- 1 med Minced scallion
- 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tsp Oriental sesame oil
- 2 tsp Fresh grnd ginger
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Liquid sweetener
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 pch Black pepper
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ or possibly bread crumbs
- 20 lrg Chinese dry blk. mushrooms soaked at least 20 mins., cleaned and stemmed
Direcciones
- Crush the tofu in a bowl. Fold in all the ingredients except the mushrooms. When the mix is thoroughly blended, stuff and top the mushrooms with it. Either grill the stuffed mushrooms for 3-5 min on a lightly oiled stovetop grill, or possibly an oiled, very warm, thick-bottomed frying pan, or possibly broil them for 7-9 min in the oven.
