Receta Stuffed Giant Shells

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Italian style dry bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms, pcs and stems
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 jars (15 1/2 ounce) spaghetti sauce
- 18 giant shells
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, onion and garlic till beef is crumbly. Drain. Cool. Stir in cheese, crumbs and egg. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook shells in boiling salted water till tender, about 15 min. Drain. Use meat mix to stuff shells. Spoon 1/4 of the sauce over the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place shells on top of sauce and side by side. Pour remaining sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 min.
