Receta Stuffed Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/2 sm Apple -- minced
- 1/4 sm Onion -- minced
- 2 Tbsp. Walnuts -- minced
- 1 c. Herb-seasoned stuffing
- Â Â Cubes
- 4 x Pork chops -- 1-1 1/2 inch
- Â Â Thick

- Prepare grill. Combine water and butter in Batter Bowl; microwave till butter is melted. Chop apple, onion and walnuts in Food Chopper. Combine apple, onion, walnuts and stuffing with butter mix. Slice a pocket in side of pork chops with 5-inch Self-Sharpening Knife without cutting through opposite side. Stuff each chop with 1/4 c. stuffing mix.
- Grill chops over medium-high heat for 10 min. Turn chops using Bar-B-Boss. Continue grilling for 10-15 min or possibly till Pocket Thermometer reads 170 degrees.
