Receta Stuffed Italian French Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage
- Diced onion
- 1 lg. jar home style Ragu (or possibly any favorite sauce)
- 1 sm. can sliced black olives
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Slice off the top of the bread thinly. Tear out the inside of the soft bread into bite sized pcs. Brown hamburger, sausage and onion; drain grease. Add in oregano, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr. Add in all remaining ingredients. Add in the bread pcs to the meat mix. Butter the bottom of the bread shell, fill with mix. Cover mix with grated Mozzarella cheese. Put top of bread back on. Wrap in foil. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
