Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter, melted & cooled
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix the egg, butter, sugar, cinnamon, lowfat milk and lemon juice. Beat until creamy with an egg beater.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together into another bowl.
- Add this to the egg mix. Mix well with a spoon.
- Drop the dough by the teaspoonful onto 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
- Leave at least 1 inch space between the cookies.
- Bake for 8 to 10 min until golden.
- Immediately remove the cookies from the pan to cool.
- Makes about 36 cookies.
