Receta Sugar Free Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. frzn apple juice concentrate
- Â Â Sugar substitute equal to 8 tsp. of sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- Â Â Pastry for 9 inch double-crust pie
- 8 c. thinly sliced peeled baking apples
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
Direcciones
- Combine the first four ingredients. Line the pie plate with bottom crust; add in apples. Pour juice mix over apples; dot with margarine.
- Roll out the remaining pastry to fit top of pie; cut slits or possibly an apple shape in top. Place over filling; seal and flute the edges.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min. Increase the temperature to 400 degrees; bake 15 to 20 min or possibly till the apples are tender.
- Yields 8 servings.
