Receta Sugar Free Orange Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or possibly your favorite mix of spices
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 1 (6 ounce) can frzn unsweetened orange juice, thawed
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. raisins or possibly 1 c. nut meats or possibly 1 c. candied fruit mix (opt.)
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mix dry ingredients. Blend well the bananas, orange juice, large eggs and extract. Stir in any optional ingredients used. Add in dry ingredients. Stir just till moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan or possibly pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 min or possibly till well done. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan and let cool on rack. Slice thinly.
