Receta Sugar Free Pineapple Bread

Ingredientes
- 4 slices whole wheat or possibly white bread
- 1 1/3 c. non fat dry powdered sugar
- 12 teaspoon brown sugar substitute
- 4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon orange rind (opt.)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, with juice
- 2 teaspoon butter extract (flavoring)
Direcciones
- Crumble bread in blender. Put together bread crumbs with all dry ingredients in large bowl. In separate bowl, put together large eggs, butter extract, and pineapple. Blend in bread mix. Bake in an 8" square pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 to 35 min at 350 degrees. Yield: 24 squares.
