Receta Sugared Almonds

Ingredientes
- 1 x egg white
- 2 c. whole blanched almonds
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. butter melted
Direcciones
- In a small bowl beat egg white till frothy. Add in almonds; coat completely. Drain excess egg white from almonds; set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt; mix. Add in liquid removed almonds; coat completely.
- Place nuts in a 13- by 9-inch disposable foil pan in a single layer. Place pan in center of cooking grate. Cook 14 to 16 min, turning nuts once halfway through grilling time. When nuts turn a dark brown, brush with butter to coat completely. Let cold before serving.
- This recipe yields 8 servings.
