  • 1 1/4 c. regular grind espresso or possibly other dark roast coffee
  • 1 x cinnamon stick, broken into pcs
  • 6 c. water
  • 2 1/2 tsp Equal. for Recipes
  •     or possibly 8 packets Equal. sweetener
  •     or possibly 1/3 c. Equal. Spoonful
  • 2 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
  •     Grnd cinnamon or possibly nutmeg


  1. Equal. sweetener can be substituted with other sweetener products.
  2. Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir Equal. for Recipes into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or possibly c..
  3. Heat lowfat milk in small saucepan till steaming. Process half the lowfat milk in blender at high speed till foamy, about 15 seconds. Pour lowfat milk into 4 mugs, spooning foam on top. Repeat with remaining lowfat milk and coffee.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
  5. Yield: Makes about 8 servings.
