Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/4 c. regular grind espresso or possibly other dark roast coffee
- 1 x cinnamon stick, broken into pcs
- 6 c. water
- 2Â 1/2 tsp Equal. for Recipes
- Â Â or possibly 8 packets Equal. sweetener
- Â Â or possibly 1/3 c. Equal. Spoonful
- 2Â 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- Â Â Grnd cinnamon or possibly nutmeg

- Equal. sweetener can be substituted with other sweetener products.
- Place espresso and cinnamon stick in filter basket of drip coffee pot; brew coffee with water. Stir Equal. for Recipes into coffee; pour into 8 mugs or possibly c..
- Heat lowfat milk in small saucepan till steaming. Process half the lowfat milk in blender at high speed till foamy, about 15 seconds. Pour lowfat milk into 4 mugs, spooning foam on top. Repeat with remaining lowfat milk and coffee.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
- Yield: Makes about 8 servings.
