Receta Summer Chicken Salad
I love chicken salad and I REALLY LOVE chicken salad when the red grapes are at their best in the summer. The creaminess of the mayonnaise and the slight tart sweetness of the grapes make the perfect combination. Dig in and enjoy!
Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 cup chicken breast, cooked and cut into chunks (or use canned chicken if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red grapes, sliced
- 2 teaspoon pecans, chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
