Ingredientes
- 2 pound hamburger
- 1 c. water
- 2 1/2 T curing salt
- 2 T Wright's hickory liquid smoke
- 1 T whole mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon (each) garlic pwdr, onion pwdr, pepper
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Put together ingredients; divide in 4 equal parts in long thin rolls; wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 24 hrs. Unwrap and place on broiler pan. Bake uncovered in 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Cool, then chill till served.
