Receta Summer Vegetable Mélange, II, new barn door
Ingredientes
- It escalates to several pounds of green beans every day and five or six summer squash. (I cut the chard back when the rest start producing.)
- 1 small yellow summer squash, halved and sliced
- 5oz (150gr) green beans, cut into 1″ pieces
- 4oz (120) chard leaves, sliced
- 4 shallots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 2 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp za’atar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbs water
