Receta Swedish Coconut Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 c. Butter softened
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Coconut flaked
Direcciones
- In large mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, baking pwder, baking soda and vanilla. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, till well mixed, 3-4 min. Stir in coconut. Divide dough into halves; shape each half into a 12x2-inch roll. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill till hard, at least 2 hrs.
- Heat oven to 350. Cut rolls into 1/4-inch slices. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 9 to 14 min, or possibly till edges are lightly browned. Cold slightly; remove.
- Makes about 8 dozen cookies.
